A DIY Spray That Works Better Than Any Chemicals

Fighting against weeds can be a never-ending battle. If you’ve been clueless about the products you need to use in order to defeat them, we have something right here. The DIY spray we have for you is much healthier to use in your garden than any known product. Better yet, it’s more effective against commercial weed killers.

Those chemicals you use in your garden are nothing short of deadly. They have a massive environmental impact and irritate our eyes, airways, and skin. Don’t get us even started on the possible links to cancer and other diseases. Herbicides are full of glyphosate which has been known to cause a wide range of cancers.

This is why smart gardeners and farmers use their own products. Nature has a cure or product for everything, and you can bet it has something to use against weeds. The mix we have for you today uses natural products we all have in our homes. It starts with distilled vinegar, Epsom salt, and dish soap. That’s all it needs. Let’s see how to prepare it and why it’s an effective weed killer.

DIY Natural Weed Killer

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of dish soap (any brand or scent)
  • 1 gallon of distilled vinegar (5%)
  • 2 cups of Epsom salt

Preparation

Take a sprayer bottle and pour the distilled vinegar in. Add the salt and mix well. Leave it to dissolve for an hour. Add the dish soap in the end and shake well. Leave it to rest for an hour more. Spray the mixture in the problematic areas. It’ll go directly to the intended target. The acetic acid in vinegar will dry the leaves out just like the salt.

For top efficiency, we recommend using it on sunny days. The sun’s heat will accelerate the weeds’ destruction. Make sure not to spray this on your plants or grass as it’ll kill them too. If you have bigger weeds in your garden, you may want to repeat the process in 24 hours. Repeat as needed until they’re all dry and gone.

This homemade weed killer works much better than those fungicides you’ve been using. It won’t irritate your skin and won’t kill your whole garden. Plus, it’s safe for the environment, and we’re all hoping for that, right? Try it yourself and you’ll never buy a herbicide again. It may need more time, but it’ll work, and that’s all that matters.
